Patrick Dempsey has taken to social media to honor his former "Can't Buy Me Love" co-star Amanda Peterson, who died over the weekend at the age of 43. "In my memory, she will always be vibrant and young. Gone too soon. Sending my thoughts and prayers to Amanda's family," Dempsey, 49, tweeted.
The cause of death has not yet been disclosed.
