Ryan Reynolds Shows Off "Deadpool" Muscles

Ryan Reynolds showed off his toned arms in a new workout photo he shared on twitter on Monday.


"This stud out-benched me in the gym Sunday. Nice meeting you Adley," Reynolds, 38, captioned the picture.

The actor is now training to reprise his character as Deadpool in a stand-alone film. He recently posted the first shot of the role's outfit and now he is talking about the rating he wants the movie to receive.






"I want #Deadpool to be R. Always have. Fighting the good fight still. Lotta yelling today," Reynolds tweeted.
