Sean Penn recently listed his Malibu beach home for $6.55 million. In 2009, Penn, 54, had purchased the 5-bedroom, 4.5 bathroom house for $3.5 million after his divorce from ex-wife Robin Wright.
It appears that the actor is searching for a new home with his current girlfriend Charlize Theron. The two were seen looking for another residence in February.
